2-low-choresterol diets: these are recommended for
people who have or are at risk for circulatory problems.
3-high-fibre diets: these have a large quantity of food
rich in fibre.
4-low-fibre diets: these contain very little fibre,so they
are recommended for people who have an obstruction
in their intestines or slow intestinal movements.
5. MALNUTRITION
This occurs when the quantity of food is eaten is not
enought to satisfy the body’s nutritional
needs.Different types of malnutrition including
wasting,which hap`pens when thre is a total lack of
food,and kwashiorkor,which is caused by a serius lack
of protein in the diet.
