Martina Bayers (1970) joined the YELLOW IDEAS team in1997. She is a trained art historian and has directed a workshop for the restoration of paintings for ten years. She provides YELLOW IDEAS with an artistic dimension building bridges between the life and work of famous artists and the challenges faced by corporations today. Her conferences, “Picasso, manager” and “Gaudi, creativity in motion” provide us with a fresh look at managing in today’s companies. She also excels in facilitating creative meetings and in mega-storms, creative meetings that gather 50, 100 or 200 people simultaneously.
