Sigma Delphi recognized that there is a need for
providing Business Intelligence (BI) at the “right time”
versus “real time” for decision makers who wish to
anticipate future eventualities in a timely manner. This requires a flexible framework and integration of
Predictive Analytics (PA) and Decision Support Solutions (DSS) leading to a “right time” decision making process
that improves overall business performance.
In addition to the above, there is currently a vacuum for an affordable BI software architecture that leverages
varied local language and multi-vendor real time data feeds effectively.
