Specifically designed for use on enclosures; Maxon Australia is pleased to announce the release
of its new 3G Quad band Panel Mount Antenna. (Part No: ANT-PMRA).
With 3dBi gain and complete with a adjustable right angled base - this antenna at only 18 cm in
length (excluding adjustable base) and is ideal for your many and varied application requirements
where modems are installed inside enclosures (metal or plastic) which may restrict signal being
received to the modem.
The antenna may be mounted either on top or side of the enclosure or with the adjustable right angled base mounted on the side of the enclosure and the Antenna is terminated with a TNC (Male)
connector To connect the antenna to the modem you have the the choice of either one of two
(RG58) leads, each being 25cm in length or alternatively connect via a suitable adapter.

The Smartmax SDI-12 MA-7020 is a self contained high-performance data logger ideally recommended for measuring various types of sensors. The device can be coupled with intelligent wireless capabilities to provide a low cost alternative in lieu of expensive RTU solutions generally used for measuring sensors. It features a simple ASCII based protocol and communications standard which is used extensively by a multitude of environmental measurement and monitoring equipment, in addition to rain gauges, water quality sensors, and pressure sensors.

You can transform the Smartmax M2M HSPA smart modem into a cost effective mini RTU having an I/O interface controller. The modem can be used in conjunction with other compatible Maxon Smartmax modems for data telemetry purposes. The I/O interface controller provides wide ranging flexibility for integration with various system devices and automation processes required for controlling and monitoring varied field application systems and devices. Local as well as remote programming of the I/O interface controller can be carried out via a built-in web interface. The feature rich web interface application facilitates the programming of DNP3 settings and also supports I/O status updates via SMS utilities. The modem connects directly to the IO board through a ribbon connector, and the I/O controller can be set up or wired to collect data automatically. Connect directly to a host of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs), sensors, meters, loggers, and process equipment. The Smartmax M2M HSPA smart modem when used in conjunction with the I/O interface controller board offers ultimate cost effective data logging and device monitoring solutions.

It offers unique built-in Distributed Network Protocol (DNP3) features. Encased in a robust heavy duty metal casing, the device supports a wide range of connectivity options including RS232, RS485, and USB ports. The DNP3 protocol and HSPA wireless connectivity features ensure local, national, and international remote accesses via VPN, DDNS, and FTP protocol standards.

The Datamax HSPA 4 port Ethernet router features RS232 compatibility as well as wi-fi and GPS functionalities. It is the perfect choice for all M2M based applications. The specially designed router is encased in a robust metal casing. The power packed 3G router supports a wide range of connectivity options including RS232, wi-fi, and GPS capable of handling reliable high speed data transmissions. The Wi-Fi connectivity feature is really handy, and enables the router to offer reliable wireless inter-device communicability which is very useful to set up device specific "hotspots".
