• You must have influence in order to lead
• If no one is following, you are not a leader
• Influence must be earned
3. THE LAW OF PROCESS
• Leadership development is a process
• It requires a lifetime dedication and perseverance
4. THE LAW OF NAVIGATION
• Anyone can steer the ship, but it takes a leader to chart the
course
• Have a strategy – PLAN AHEAD
5. THE LAW OF E.F.HUTTON
• Leader hold power and people listen to leader out of respect
• Real leader believe on themselves and influence everyone
• Leader possess good character, relationship, knowledge, intuition,
experience, past success and ability
6. THE LAW OF SOLID GROUND
• Trust is the solid ground, foundation of
leadership
• Leader must have good competence,
connection and character
• Leaders admit mistakes and put organization
ahead of personal agenda
7. THE LAW OF RESPECT
• Leaders follow their own route, any people follow leaders stronger
than themselves
• Leaders posses natural leadership ability since birth or develop it
• Leader is successful, and value to others and respect others
8. THE LAW OF INTUITION
• Leader have ability to detect problem using
instincts, employee moral, employee moral &
organization momentum
• Asses resources and make best use of resource
• Understand both people and themselves
9. THE LAW OF MAGNETISM
• Who you get is not determined by what you want. It’s determined
by who you are
• It is possible for a leader to go out and recruit people unlike himself,
but those are not the prople he will naturally attract

• If you think your people are negative, then you better check your attitude
• The better leader your are, the better leaders you will attract
• If you think the people you attract could be better, then it’s time for you
to improve yourself
10. THE LAW OF CONNECTION
• You can’t move people to action unless you first move them with
emotion. The heart comes before the head
• The stronger the relationship and connection between individuals,
the more likely the follower will want to help the leader

• To connect the people in a group, relate to them as individuals
• It’s the leader’s job to initiate connection with people
• To lead yourself use your head; to lead others use your heart
