- 9. 9 openSUSE Position • The release of openSUSE Leap 42.1 on 4 Nov 2015 was an important milestone • the right decision made by board and community • Many sysadmin and desktop users want to try it and in the end converted as openSUSE users. It has longer life cycle and can compete with centos and ubuntu LTS

- 17. 18 How to encourage • Always educate and introduce that openSUSE is the best distribution • Choose young generation as target • Make attention to the leader • Give them the opportunity to do something, young generation tend want the attention and recognition. • Young generation have a lot of energy. It will good for them if they use it the positive activities
