2. Albania celebrates Spring Day
on March 14, and from 2004 it
is a national holiday. It is an
old pagan practice, particularly
popular in the city of Elbasan,
Central Albania. According to
the legend, the Mountain Muse
comes out of her temple on
this day, every year, to mark
the departure of winter.
3. People go for walks in the park , eat
lunch&dinner in restaurants and
never think of going inside , stay at
home and watch TV or sleep late in
the morning. On this day everyone
is happy and no-one is frowning.
