Meld is a community organisation focused on engaging international students through digital media. Recording more than half a million pageviews in 2013, and tripling its readership in two years, the organisation has been a case study on how new media platforms have opened up opportunities to engage intensely and intentionally with a local audience, encourage new ways of information sharing, and spur non-traditional interactions that have an impact on a community.
