  5. 5. What's an Intrapreneur? You guessed it! We're going to find this out too! Someone who creates new business ventures or ideas inside someone else's company 1 to go beyond the current company's area of focus 2 and thinks outside-in or outside-the-box 3
  6. 6. What's your jam? These are come common traits of an entrepreneur 1 2 3 Are you comfortable with uncertainty? Are you ok accepting that the future is unknown? Do you have a vision for rethinking & reimagining the future?
  7. 7. You do not know the future. You cannot predict the future. 2 important elements in life & business: 1. 2. & that's a-ok with you! You recognize
  8. 8. But...how you handle uncertainty is incredibly important!
  9. 9. How you handle uncertainty matters. You focus on what you can control. 1 You control & shape the future & don't try too hard predicting it. 2 You take actions to make progress against your goals. 3 You course correct as the future unfolds...you pivot when necessary. 4

  13. 13. Talking with your audience to capture their insights. You understand the wants, needs, aspirations, pain points, and frustrations of those around you (customers, team members, community members). It's experimenting rapidly with empathy and being audience, customer, or people centered. but... What is Design Thinking?
  14. 14. You know your MVP & Pivoting or changing course when necessary
  15. 15. but... What's an MVP? 1 2 3 It stands for Minimum Viable Product. It's the simplest version of your product or service that allows you to launch your new solution. An MVP is the minimum point of gaining revenue, market share, and/or some kind of market / customer footprint.
  16. 16. You are comfortable with failure. You are confident with your passions and strengths. You are a LEARN-IT-ALL or a life- long learner. What else is in the secret sauce of an entrepreneur or intrapreneur?
  17. 17. Is that it? NOPE! You thrive in ambiguity. 1 You seek out change. 2 You think critically & look to solve problems. 3 You are always innovating & breaking the mold. 4
  18. 18. You are big, bold & full of ideas. Yet...you make things happen. You are an innovator. 1 You are a creator. 2 You make & do. 3 You know how to prioritize and don't run after every shiny thing or every squirrel.

P R O F I T S You recognize the concept of doing well while doing good or making money while making the world a better place.
