Whether your organization officially supports it or not, social media is in your enterprise. In fact, whether the business knows it or not, social media will introduce changes in business processes on many levels. Even if the business sees adoption of social media in its future, stakeholders may regard social as something that is external to the enterprise, is unplanned, and is confined to functions such as marketing and public relations. In reality, social media can transform all aspects of a company, from product management to crisis management and human resource management.
