Our first project where we turned a traditional project that came in way over budget into a successful collaborative project that set a new standard for projects in Saskatchewan
At a recent board meeting the Education Cluster proposed the following certification program that was adopted in principle. The LPD 101 course is a pilot and will form the basis for the Lean Fundamentals certification program.
