Previously he served as Associate Professor at the University of Indianapolis School of Business. He holds a PhD in Business Administration at Fundacao Getulio Vargas (AACSB accredited) in Brazil. He is the author of 4 books and his research fields are Corporate Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education. He founded, co-founded, and managed 4 Academic Entrepreneurship Centers. He also founded 3 companies and co-founded 2 social organizations, with 2 successful exits. Before his academic career, he worked for 18 years for large American Corporations in Brazil
