Thank you!
The old city of Yazd, according to the UNESCO one of the oldest towns on earth, is the ideal place to get a feel for the region's rich history.

Almost everything here is made from sun-dried mud bricks, and the resulting brown skyline is dominated by the tall badgirs (windcatchers) on almost every rooftop.

The facade of the hotel facingthe street is unprepossessing, but on entering the property, one is taken straight back into Persia’spast.
  4. 4. The existence of special ventilation structures, called Badgirs, on the roofs is adistinctive feature of the architecture of this city (A Badgir is a high structure onthe roof under which, in the interior of the building, there is a small pool).
  5. 5. The large, attractive pool has been hiddenaway in the basement where swimmers -women in mornings, men during evenings -cant offend anyone. On the roof is a cafethat affords views across the citys famousroofs cape. Internet image
