2. About Myspace MySpace is an online community that each user creates to allow them to meet their friend’s friends and keep in touch with people they already know. The main purpose of this online community is to share photos, videos, blogs, and music with your online friends.

Privacy Policy Members provide PII(personal identifiable information) in this case an email address, first and last name, postal code, gender and date of birth information to the website upon registration. Myspace does not reveal any PII information to the public without permission from each member. Extra non PII information voluntarily provided by members may be viewable by the public and other users on Myspace or set to private enabling only friends of members or members themselves to view the information.
5. Terms of Use Eligibility- Upon registration, members need to verify they are 13 years of age or older and warrant that all information provided is truthful and correct. If this is found to be violated Myspace reserves the rights to terminate accounts without prior notice. 6. Terms of Use cont. Password- It is up to members to maintain their password and keep it private. Members agree to notify Myspace of any suspected unauthorized use of their account e.g. hacking and phishing scams. Members are responsible for all uses of their account. Content Posted- No images posted may contain nudity or images of illegal activitites. Content posted on Myspace may not contain incites to racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. 11. Reporting Abuse Reporting Abuse on Myspace is in regards to the Myspace Terms of Use and a member’s violation to this clause. There are a variety of ways in which a member may report abuse on the website making it an easily accessible feature. You have to be a calid member of the website before you are able to report abuse.
12. Myspace Help Myspace provides a ‘help’ page to it’s users with information ranging from web 2.0 profiles, to instructions on how to expand your Myspace community. There is a search bar so that ‘help’ searches may be tailored to each users needs.
