This one day course is for anyone with an interest in project management or thinking of carrying out
the Prince 2 course and would like to find out more:

Stakeholder Management – who is involved and how to make sure they are kept on track
Managing Communications – letting the organisation know what, when and how you are doing
Producing the Project Definition – what are we looking to achieve with this project
The approval process – who has to sign off the stages of the project and when
Managing Project Documentation – configuration management and version control
Defining the Project Work – scope of activities and what does the project not cover
Defining tasks and activities – who will be doing the work packages and when ?
Managing Project Risk – keeping a risk log, levels of risk and escalating the risk

examine where value is added from the customer perspective and where processes can be
streamlined and improved. The course will show you how to:
Define and Label the existing processes
Engage staff across the organisation in the transformation agenda – hearts and minds
Tools for improvement – mapping of processes, use of change workshops and overcoming objections to
