The Cipher Show LLC. is a multi-media entertainment content provider with 10 years experience in
providing a wide range of entertainment to the masses, specifically the urban pop community via
multiple communication mediums, including airing content on Major Network Affiliate stations, on
Radio, and appearances in print and online media. We currently produce TV shows and special
events for Adults and Teens in Naples and Fort Myers. It is this company’s mission to create,
produce and promote with efficiency and cost effectiveness, products and services that are reflective
of authentic urban pop cultural nuances and tastes. This includes the production of television shows,
music, animation, live concerts, fashion, talk shows and magazines. Our company uses the latest
developments in technology to broadcast its content via the Internet and on Network TV affiliates to
the global marketplace. In the past we have produced special events for music genres such as
Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, Latin and Country.
From music and fashion, to social- issues, The Cipher Show LLC. intends to attract these viewers by
providing them the information they want to see, hear, and read. The vision of the company is to
achieve a dominant share of the market in all areas of production by attaining a reputation for
providing quality entertainment. We begin realizing this goal with our first venture, The Cipher Show.
Our TV shows have aired on MynetworkTV channel 8 in Southwest Florida, The former WB in
Southwest Florida and KJLA in Los Angeles. Our TV commercials have also aired on CBS in Los
Angeles, CBS in San Francisco and UPN in Houston. We have produced successful special events at
Nightclubs in Naples, Fort Myers and Los Angeles. We can email you video footage.

7. 2011 Advertising Contract
This agreement was made on , between: (Client),
and Steven Jennings, dba The Cipher Show, LLC (Contractor) for the AUGUST / SEPT 2011 TV Show,
Special events and Newsletter marketing package.
Contractor Agrees to Perform the Following Services for Client:
The placement of a (size) advertisement in The Cipher Show, LLC, for
issue(s). 5,000+ copies of this free publication will be strategically distributed every two months at businesses
in Collier and Lee counties. It will be published in a 20+ page, glossy, full color format.
Per Issue Rate: Additional Fees / Upgrades (if applicable):
Ads created by The Cipher Show, LLC are the property of The Cipher Show, LLC. A
$50 fee and prior permission is required for use of ads in other publications.
Contractor agrees to have met distribution commitment on or before JULY 31, 2011. Contractor shall have the
right to control and determine the method and means of distribution.
Payment. First time client agrees to pay 100 percent of rate upon execution of contract for first issue .
Contractor will not be held responsible for clients who do not submit their ad materials by the above
deadline. They will still be billed for the space they reserved unless alternative arrangements are approved in
advance. Ads are due by JUNE 31, 2011 and ad changes will not be accepted after JUNE 31, 2011.

The undersigned accepts personal responsibility to remit first issue payment upon execution of contract.
Clients have the option to cancel multi issue contracts early, but are required to pay the difference in rate.
