1. CBSE Class 10th Result 2013
The CBSE was given its present name ‘Central Board of Secondary Education’ in the
year 1952. The Board was reconstituted in the year 1962 when its jurisdiction was
extended. Educations being a subject on the concurrent list of Indian constitution – most
of the states also have their own educational boards with different curriculum.
The CBSE Board presently affiliates all Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya
Vidyalayas, private schools, Government Schools, Independent Schools and Central
Tibetean Schools.
In order to execute its functions effectively Regional Offices were set up by the CBSE
Board in Allahabad, Ajmer, Chennai, Guwahati, Panchkula, and Delhi. Schools located
outside India are looked after by regional office Delhi.
CBSE Class X exams were held by CBSE earlier but now the students have a choice
between board and school based exams. Board based exams are held in the month of
March every year. 10th Class examination generally conducts in the month of March-
April by all India’s State Boards and the 10th class results declared in the month of May-
June by all state boards. Students who took the 10th board exams, all are excited for 10th
class results since they have to choose different streams as Arts, Commerce and Science
for future study.
