• The recent auditions of INDIAN IDOL
season 5 was promoted through Road
show. A vehicle fully fabricated to the
theme and communication was developed. It
had the sound system and other elements
installed .
• The entire route map for the road show
was developed which had most of the rural
part of Aurangabad district
• The activity was to gather crowed . Once
the crowed was gathered the anchor would
encourage them to come and give live
audition on the float .
• The auditions were recorded and
immediately uploaded on the Indian idol
web site.
• Participants were given passes for final
auditions
• INTEL in shop promotion
was planed during the festival
season .
• 3 malls were chosen where Intel
products were being sold.
• A product display was setup .
• Promoters were trained and
allotted the stalls .
• Each and every customer were
targeted to give information
about the products.
• New schemes launched for the
festival was also communicated
• Sale conversion was major
criteria
• Spencer's had a to increase its foot fall in its
store.
• The plan made was to go to the society and
do an activity that would generate foot falls.
• The plan was to do “cooking competition “
named. “Spencer's Kitchen Queen”
• We targeted 10 societies of Aurangabad.
• Promoter would go to each and every house
and communicate about the competitions.
Once the lady of the house agreed she was
told the recipe that she had to cook and bring
to the designated place in the society . Also if
she is not participating she can fill the slogan
form and win prices.
• 10 promoters had a target to cover 0 houses
each for 3 days.
• A foot fall of 600 ladies was generated for
the competition . The recipe was judged and
the winners were called for the finals at
Spencer's retail.
• Thus after completing 10 societies for the
final we had a foot fall of 4000 ladies to drop
the slogan contest form and to witness the
finals .

Stunt Show for BAJAJ
The Bajaj Pulsur 200 was to be show
cased of its sturdiness and we were
given the challenge to do so?
We choose best stunt men from
this field .The challenge was to do
stunts on plain ground filled with
sand and not on the concrete turf.
The stunt men practiced and
launched them selves in frontt of
3500 crowed .
The amazing stunts created a
whole new picture in front of the
crowed as the sturdiest motor cycle

with a bang.
The launch ws pre planned with a promotional
activity . A ne LG hand set was promoted
with the launch of the Shoppe . Promoters
were manned with product display. They
