2. The Republic of Panama
Welcome to Panama! A country where the concept of
exotic begins in its name, which means abundance of
fish; tropical plants, animals and birds. Come and
enjoy this and much more.

3. NATIVE INDIAN
The Kunas are an Indian tribe in Panama; they
number approximately about 35,000 and the majority
live in San Blas islands. They speak their own
language called "Tule".

4. Las America´s Bridge
The Bridge of the Americas, originally known as
Thactcher Ferry Bridge. It was ignaugurated the 12 of
october of 1962.Considered as one of the greatest
architectural(wonders)of the world of its time.

5. The Canal Expantion
The Panama Canal Expansion; also called The Third
Set of Locks Project is intended to double the
capacity of the Panama Canal by the year 2015.

6. Panama´s Folk Dress
The Pollera is the most beautiful and admired
national costume of the Americas. There are many
tales about its origin, but the popular opinion is that
it was adapted from a Spain dressed.

7. The Ruins of Old Panama
A settlement was founded on August 15th, 1519 by
Pedro Arias Davila and other 100 inhabitants. Panama
Viejo is the remaining part of te old Panama City and
former capital of the country. It is located in the
suburbs.

In Panama City you will find great and
architertural buildings that are admired by natives
and foreigners.

9. Colon Province
The coastal cities of the province were important
trading ports for Spain during the colonial era. Most
of the black population in Panama is centered there.
You can find many touristic places like Portobelo,
Colon Free Zone, beautiful beaches, and others.

10. Bocas del Toro Province
It is difficult to express all you can see, feel and
experience when visiting Bocas del Toro. One of the
biggest tourist destinations in Panama, enjoy the
