1. DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENSON AN ASSIGNMENTS
INTRODUCTION OF INSTRUMENS
There were 5 methods that i used to collect a data that i need in the task given
on School Based Experience (SBE) at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seribong (SKS). The 5
methods that i meant were observation, interview, checklist, discussion and using
questionare.
OBSERVATION
This method was conducted by collecting samples of remedial and enrichment
worksheets. Besides that i also observed the teaching techniques by the teachers in the
class. I made a note on that and also using a digital camera to snap a picture.
The information that i got were;
Moral values among the students
Class environment
Teaching techniques
Learning styles among the students
Classroom management by the teacher

2. INTERVIEW
This method was conducted with the Headmistress, Senior Assistant Teachers 1,
Senior Assistant Teachers Co, discipline teacher, teachers, staff and a few students.
The information were recorded in the collaboration record form.
The information that i got were;
Role of teachers in aspect of guidance and welfare’s students in English lessons.
Moral values among the students
Teacher’s and student’s information
School achievement
Problems of students’ discipline
The way to conduct the teaching planning
4.0.4 QUESTIONNAIRE
This method was conducted by giving the questionnaire form to the teachers, staff
and students of SK Seribong. Based on the information collected, i made an
observation.
The information that i got were;
Classroom management
Process of teaching and learning in the class
Learning styles among the students
Moral values of the SK Seribong’s people
The cultures of the school
3. DISCUSSION
This method was conducted by a discussion with the Headmistress, Senior Assistant
Teachers 1 and Mathematics Teachers. The information that i obtained were collected
and recorded.
The information that i got were;
Disruptive behaviors by the students in the class
Teaching techniques
The activities that done by the students in the class
KBSR primary mathematics syllabus (year 1-6)
Learning styles among the students
Role of teachers in aspect of guidance and welfare’s students
