3. The Pike at Rainbow Harbor – Long Beach, CA 370,000-square-foot entertainment and retail center that includes waterfront restaurants and a 14-screen theater. The center is divided into distinct zones, each featuring its own architecture to provide a unique entertainment experience and signature elements, such as the pedestrian bridge reminiscent of the wooden roller coaster that operated in the city’s historic Pike amusement zone from 1930 to 1968

4. Irvine Spectrum Center – Irvine, CA Phases III & IV of this long term project added approx. 220,000 SF of retail and dining venues, continuing the Moorish village theme comprised of cobblestone walkways, Andalusian districts and plazas. Notable is the 105 foot diameter Giant Wheel, which comes to life at night with over 15.000 solar powered lights.

5. Balboa Bay Club – Newport Beach, CA Phase I includes a new clubhouse, ladies’ and men’s spas, a state-of-the-art fitness center with racquetball and basketball courts, child care service, a pro shop, bar/lounge, indoor/outdoor restaurant, a swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and children’s pool, as well as 28 waterfront guest rooms

6. Lakeshore Towers Phase II – Irvine, CA 128,135-SF Class A, 5 story office building constructed at a cost of $10 million, designed with precast concrete panels, punched windows and glazed ribbon walls.

7. TEAM FORD – Las Vegas, NV 14-acre site featuring an 85,000-square-foot building with 60 service bays and inventory parking that can accommodate in excess of 900 cars. The 6,000-square-foot showroom features a 20-foot curtain wall glazed with Ford blue glass, extensive detail lighting, specially designed concrete and desert-style landscaping, including oversized boulders and palm trees.

8. SOLANO MALL – Fairfield, CA 161,000-square-foot retail/entertainment venue replacing a former department store, and the centerpiece to the $15 million project is a new 16-screen Edwards Theater megaplex cinema. The 72,000-square-foot theater complex features stadium seating as well as state-of-the-art sound and screening technology.

9. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel – Laguna Niguel, CA 85,000-square-foot facility comprised of two buildings on 12 acres. With its 8,000-square-foot, single-level showroom featuring 12 new cars, a 3,000-square-foot, pre-owned vehicle showroom, 62 service bays, three customer waiting areas and a parking lot offering more than 500 parking stalls, the spacious new Mercedes-Benz dealership is one of the largest and finest facilities of its type in the world.

10. Bal Seal Engineering – Foothill Ranch, CA 125,225 SF concrete tilt up facility on a 7.2 acre site, including corporate office improvements, research and development departments, onsite manufacturing and distribution facilities for this maker of world class industrial springs and seals.

11. Candlewood Hotels – Lake Forest, CA $4M design build contract for a 122 all suite hotel building as part of a national rollout program, including infrastructure development, wood frame construction, full FF&E coordination, tenant improvements, and site amenities including pool.

12. Eisenhower Medical Center – Rancho Mirage, CA Complete build out of a 23,000-square-foot, 18-bed birthing center that included OB/GYN, E.N.T. trauma and cardiac, nursery space along with 14 LDRP suites. The project also consisted of elaborate site work with a new pedestrian bridge. The project was reviewed and inspected under OSHPD requirements

13. Mallinckrodt Medical – Irvine, CA Complete design/build responsibility for a 110,000 SF medical manufacturing facility, warehousing and offices. Project features Class 100,000 and 10,000 clean rooms with chilled water and condenser water systems for injection molding equipment and a separate chilled water system for the clean area air conditioning system, three overhead rolling bridge cranes, compressed air, industrial, process and lab vacuum systems. Project also includes research and test laboratories, significant seismic strengthening, and hazardous materials abatement.

14. Toyota NAPLD – Ontario, CA 760,000-square-foot regional facility, constructed of concrete tilt-up walls with a steel-framed roof, includes administration offices, a teleconferencing center, a full-service cafeteria, and a distribution area.
