This document discusses the strategic research agenda of the IIP-SaaS, which aims to advance capabilities around software as a service (SaaS) in the Netherlands. 6. SaaS refers to a service delivery model in which remote componentised (business) services are accessible through a software interface and can be combined to create new (business) services delivered via flexible networks.
