- These are the MINIMUM recommended entrance requirements. You are encouraged to take a more rigorous academic program for the best preparation for college classes. 3 Units in Math should include: Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II. IF YOU ARE IN ALGEBRA 1AB & PLAN ON GOING TO A 4 YEAR COLLEGE, YOU SHOULD TAKE ALGEBRA 1 NEXT YEAR! Jane direct them to far left column graduation requirements comparisons
- Specific programs at technical colleges will recommend certain high school courses. For example, it is recommended that you have high school Chemistry with a C or better if you are pursuing Nursing at WCTC. If you do not, you must take chemistry at WCTC, which extends your program at WCTC.
