The roles of the team include preparing clients at the ward level through daily routines and psychological support. They also help clients get job information, develop work habits, and manage medication. The goal is to help clients obtain jobs, keep jobs, and manage finances and expenses through programs like EPC, SOCSO, and KWSP. Family and natural supports are also important for long-term success.
