5. The event takes place from october 31 st to november 4th.
The event is made up of various activities: exhebition of
painting, cineclub, workshops, and scenic tours which will
make an explanation of the sung and the day of the dead,
as well as the representation of legends of the región.
Naolinco is located in the central mountain área of the
state, in the foothills of the sierra de chiconduiaco, at a
height of 1540 meters above sea level. His climate is
temperate, humid, regular with an average temperatura of
16o c. Naolinco is of totonaca descent, his streets are
