We know that once you’ve decided to treat your VW Campervan, you’ll be keen to get going with the restoration process. But before we start thinking about
interior camper conversions and soft furnishings, we advise you to assess the degree of restoration your project is going to need.
We can help you to strip your vehicle in its entirety, so all parts are removed and assessed for their quality and safety. Inevitably, after 40 plus years, there’s
going to be a serious amount to excavate as we unearth the layers of time. Sadly some of this will end up in the bin, but in every project it’s hoped that parts can
be brought back to life and made good. We’ve developed a labeling system to keep track of what’s good to keep and can then assist you with a part ordering
list to take forward into your build. By taking it back to the beginning, our skilled team can get an idea of what will need replacing, and the time it might take.

Blast from the past. Literally.
We’ve worked hard to facilitate our VW Campervan pre restoration blasting area. Using high grade equipment and machinery, coupled with a formulated blasting medium
specifically designed for our needs, we are able to blast your motor vehicle shell back to bare metal without panel warping or heat distortion.
We have chosen a media that is suitable for both the upper and underside of your vehicle, meaning it is a cost efficient way of stripping your entire vehicle back to bare
metal, pre restoration. Following this process, we are also able to either etch or epoxy prime your vehicle, protecting it from the elements before returning it to you. You’ve
heard people talk about ‘Bare Metal VW Camper Restorations‘, well this is where it all begins.

Laying the right foundations for your VW Camper

Fabrication and welding are the most fundamental part
of any comprehensive vehicle restoration. Not to be
underestimated! Get it wrong here, and the rest of the
build quality will be compromised. We are fortunate to
have a collective 75 years of time served experience
in all areas of MIG, TIG, SPOT welding, lead loading,
pin pulling, welding and seal treating! We only use only
high quality replacement panels from Germany, and
the USA. We stand by our work. If you’re not happy,
neither are we.
