1. Shardul Naik:
Shardul is a commerce graduate with a diploma in Human
Resource and is currently pursuing his masters in Human
Resource. At Morpheus, Shardul is responsible for internal
recruitments and employee engagement activities. He also takes
care of employee grievances. Shardul believes that “Road to
success comes through hardwork, determination and sacrifices”
Sonal Shetty:
Sonal has completed her science graduation with MBA degree
from Liverpool John Moores University based in UK. She has been
working with Morpheus from last 5 years. She completes task
within or sometimes even before timeframe. At Morpheus, Sonal
has also been appreciated with monthly performance award. With
her passion towards work, she always proves herself and comes
out with flying colours. She believes “'The only place where
success comes before work is in the dictionary”
Nipa Bhayani
Franchise Manager
She is a Graduate in Travel and Tourism stream. Prior to working
with Morpheus, Nipa worked as Assistant Manager in Leisure
Outbound Sales Department with Thomas Cook India Ltd. Her
contribution in the company is to handle the business partners
based in PAN INDIA. She also plays an important role in servicing
the existing franchise alongwith helping the new franchise to set
up the business. Her motto is "To be persistent in the path of
success"

2. Payal Jain
Finance Manager
She has done internship under Chartered Accountant firm for
three years in Taxation and Finanace department. At Morpheus,
Payal manages all the finance related assignments. She has
expertise her field of accounts taking into consideration the years
of internship she has done in it. Her motto is “Success is simple.
Do what’s right, the right way and at the right time”.

3. Sagar Patade
Strategic Alliance Manager
Sagar is Business Management Graduate from Mumbai University.
He is “Man of his words” who believes in the accomplishment of
the work within timeline and with dedication. Sagar is highly
intellectual as well as creative which formulates him to be perfect
for his designation. He handles various clients like Cannon, Asian
Paints, EPSON, MAERSK Line, DUN & Bradstreet, Edelweiss and
many more. His motto is Strength of a person lies in non-
judgmental attitude for others
Kuldeep Solanki
Strategic Alliance Executive
Kuldeep has completed his Bachelors in Management Studies.
Prior to joining Morpheus as Strategic Alliance Executive, he has
worked with Just Dial and was associated with clients in various
industries like Food, Healthcare, Manufacturing & IT. He is a
person with a passion for Sports and Fitness. He believes "It's not
who we are underneath but whatever we do defines us"
Saquib Shaikh
Client Relationship Manager
Saquib formerly worked as client servicing executive in Broking
Industry. He has a wide circle of business acquaintance. Saquib
acts as intermediary between the Morpheus and its clients. At
Morpheus, Saquib is responsible to handles all the grievances and
the queries of the client. Saquib never compromises with the
work and gives his best to be perfect in whatever he does. Saquib
believes "The character and culture of the organization is one
that's honest, forthright and committed to treating clients right"

4. Darren D’Lima
Assistant Client Relationship Manager
He has done commerce graduation from Mumbai University. His
professional experience includes working as a client servicing
executive in reputed companies like Secro Global services, Air
Force Engineering and Ocwen Financial Solutions for more than
five years. Armed with his motorcycle Darren loves to travel and
believes that "To travel is to live".
Aishwarya Mane
Senior Recruitment Specialist (Information Technology)
Aishwarya has rich expertise in Recruitment. She formerly worked
as HR Executive in Empleo Management Services. She has the
capability of multi-tasking and believes that performance is the
result of your hard-work and dedication. At Morpheus, she
handles IT recruitments for clients such as Hathway Cable, JWT,
Reachlocal Services Pvt. Ltd. & Uniphore Software Systems.
Aishwarya likes music and dancing which keeps her going.
Harlon D’souza
Senior Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing)
Harlon holds a master’s degree in arts with specialisation in
sociology. She has joined Morpheus in the year 2013. She is a
punctual girl with “dedication” being her key to success. Clients
which Harlon handles are MITRA, ETCO, Azul Arc International,
Catalysts Bio Technologies and many others.

5. Dhwani Kapadia
Recruitment Specialist (BFSI)
Dhwani is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University who is
also pursuing masters in commerce. She has good experience in
the recruitment field and has worked with various BFSI clients
and proved her expertise in the same field. At Morpheus she is
entitled to cater BFSI clients such as HDFC, Blend Financial
Services & GEPL Capital. She is a successful team player with
high level of responsibility. She loves reading and listening to
music.
Navin Tiwari
Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing)
Navin has completed his post graduation in Human Resource
Management from Mumbai University. He has previously worked
with Mahindra Logistics Ltd. as Talent Acquisition Executive. At
Morpheus, he handles Manufacturing clients like Health India,
Infinium Precious Resources, GDPK Reutnable Solutions &
Dharamsi Morarji Chemicals. He is a passionate singer which
keeps him in high spirits.

6. Reema Kabra
Recruitment Specialist (Information Technology)
Reema is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University with
Diploma in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of
Management. She has a good experience in Recruitment with
Bayscout International which caters to IT Sector clients. She is
responsible for end to end recruitment at Morpheus for IT Clients
like Epicenter Technologies, Entech (USB India Ltd – Enernoc),
Robosoft Technologies and Gray Matrix. Her hobby is to drive and
swim. She believes "Sometimes a wrong turn can get you straight
to the right track"

7. Jesilda Fernandes
Recruitment Specialist (Services)
Jesilda is an Ambitious person who is willing to experiment new
things. She is a person who demands for Quality, Responsibility
and Ethics. Communication and personality are her biggest
assets. She has completed her commerce graduation from
Mumbai University. At Morpheus she handles Services sector
clients like, Endeavor Carrers, Mahindra Holidays, Globus Family

Vandana Gudekar
Recruitment Specialist (Information Technology)
Vandana is passionate about recruitment. She has completed
diploma in HR field. Prior to joining Morpheus, she worked at
Inconnectiva Conference and Training as HR client co-ordinator.
She handles end to end Recruitment process in Morpheus for IT
clients such as Digicable Networks, First Quadrant Solution, iFast
Financial and Number Tree. Her areas of interest other than
recruitment are calligraphy, painting and reading books. She

Rajeshwari Nayakar
Recruitment Specialist (Services)
Rajeshwari has completed her science graduation. Formerly, she
has worked for more than 2 years in the field of Human Resource
with organizations like Pioneer Call Net and Firstsource Solutions
Ltd. She is responsible for end to end recruitment process. At
Morpheus, she handles Service sector clients like Make My Trip,

Candice has completed her graduation in Arts. She has a total
work experience of 5+years. She has previously worked as
Human Resource, Client Service Executive in Intelenet Global
Services and 120 Media Collective. HR, Client Service Executive.
She deals with end to end recruitment process in Morpheus for
Manufacturing Clients like Kurlon Enterprise, K-Link Healthcare
Pvt Ltd, Albany Molecular Research . She loves to read books and

9. Manali Jain
Recruitment Specialist(Banking)
Manali has completed her Bcom graduation from Mumbai
University. She has worked previously as an intern with Birla
Sunlife. At Morpheus she is entitled to cater banking clients like

Nottinghan Trent University in UK. She has 2+ years of

Sanjana has an Engineering degree in Electronics. She, at
Morpheus monitors and responds to customer feedbacks across
social media platforms. Her areas of interest involves driving and
