SPEEDY, PUBLIC TRIAL
 In all criminal cases, the
accused shall have the right
to:
 1. A speedy and public trial,
by an impartial jury from
where the crime was
committed
 2. Will be informed about the
nature of the charges
 3. Be able to confront
witnesses against him/her
 4. Shall be able to have

a lawyer
