I’m an HR guy who happens to own a great employment screening and business due diligence firm, Imperative Information Group.
I started Imperative in 1999 in response to the spotty quality and poor customer service I received from employment background screening firms when I was on the HR side of the desk. We are rarely the low bidder but we're always the best value for employers who can't afford cheap background checks.
I’ve enjoyed success and learned from failure in the aerospace, healthcare, and service industries. Now, I spend most of my time helping my clients solve their people challenges - and chauffeuring my kids from activity to activity.
