2. SCHOOL
Our goal in this part of the session is to look at
ways that 1:1 technology dovetails with TAP.
3. SCHOOL
Our goal in this part of the session is to look at
ways that 1:1 technology dovetails with TAP.
The short answer is that 1:1 technology creates
opportunities for blended learning entirely

Our goal in this part of the session is to look at
ways that 1:1 technology dovetails with TAP.
The short answer is that 1:1 technology creates
opportunities for blended learning entirely
consistent with the TAP rubric.
This includes how we, as teachers, can
incorporate technology in ways that improve our
scores on TAP evaluations.
5. SCHOOL
Our goal in this half-hour is to identify a few
ways we can effectively incorporate 1:1
technology into our TAP environment.
6. SCHOOL
We will work in small groups, mixed between
elementary and secondary, to identify blended
learning strategies that utilize the new
technology to fulfill TAP indicators.
8. SCHOOL
We chose Standards & Objectives, specifically,
“There is evidence that most students
demonstrate mastery of the objective.”
9. SCHOOL
In a standard classroom setting, we would do
look for evidence in several ways:
✔ The questions students ask, and the answers
they give;
✔ Student performance on in-class tasks; and,
✔ Student performance on assignments, quizzes
& exams.
11. SCHOOL
Student questions & responses –
✔ we’re still conversing with our students;
✔ we can still do everything we’ve ever done;

Now we’ll ask you to get into groups, select the
TAP indicator in your assigned category, and do
the same.
We’ll take about 10 minutes for this, and then
come back together for brief presentations.
