2. Asian Elephant My animal eats roots, grass, fruit, bark. My animal lives forest. did you know that a group is called a herd. The zoo will need to healthy food a lot water to care for my animal. My animal needs grass, trees, make it look like the forest.

3. Chimpanzees The chimpanzees eat plants and bannanas. The chimpanzees live in Africa. Did you know that Chimpanzees are endangered.The zoo would need to plant trees for the chimpanzee. My animal needs leaves and plants to survive.

4. Chipmunk My animal eats peanuts and bird eggs. My animal lives in nests, bushes and logs. Did you know that my animal eats any thing it finds. The zoo will need to give shelter to my animal. My animal needs to eat to survive.

5. DEER Deer eat leaves, twigs, and fruits. Deer live in the forest. A interesting fact about my animal is deer live all over the world! The zoo will keep my animal safe by giving it water. The zoo will need to have a place to live.

6. Great White Shark My animal eats fish and sea lions. My animal lives in the ocean. Did you know that it’s skin is covered with little teeth. The zoo will need to give it a vet to care for my animal. My animal needs water to survive.

7. Giraffe Giraffe is the tallest animal. Sarah desert in Africa. The zoo needs to make space ,leaves and medicine.

8. Killer whale My animal eats seals and sealions. My animal lives in Antarctica. Did you know that the killer whales have a scientific name called orcanous. The zoo will need to give them food to care for my animal. My animal needs a water tank to survive.

9. King cobra My animal eats other snakes, mice, rats, lizards. My animal lives in a hole and in trees. Did you know that the king cobra is a poisonous snake. The zoo will need to feed it food. My animal needs care something to lay on.

10. Koala bear My animal eats eucalyptus leaves. My animal lives in trees. Did you know that a koala is a mammal? The zoo will need to provide water leaves and lots of trees. My animal needs lots of water and eucalyptus leaves.

11. Siberian Tiger My animal eats meat. my animal lives in cold places. it is the biggest tiger. it will need a place to sleep under. it needs food to survive.

12. Snow Leopard My animal eats birds. My animal lives in Asian mountains. Did you know that snow leopards tail is 36inchs. The zoo needs room to play. My animal needs food to survive.

13. Spider monkey My animal eats nuts. My animal lives in tropical rain forests. Do you know that spider monkeys are able to call home? The zoo will need to have food for the spider monkey. My animal needs food to survive.

14. The platypus My animal eats shellfish. My animal lives in Australia. Did you know that the platypus has a poisonous spur. The zoo will need digging to take care of my animal. My animal needs food and water to survive.

15. WARTHOG Warthogs live in Africa. Warthogs eat mud and grass. My animal rolls in mud. You need to feed it. They would need grass and mud.

16. Wolf The wolf lives in the woods. The wolf eats meat. It’s howl is very loud. I would give it food. It would NEED food.

17. Wood mice The wood mice eats peanuts ,peaches, peppers. The wood mice live in fields, hedges ,and walls . Did you know that wood mice jump high about 5 inches. Something else about the wood mice is they do not like cheese I was surprised!

18. Zebra My animal eats grass. My animal Kenya. Did you know that they run fast from lions and cheetah. The zoo will need to feed the zebra to care for my animal. My animal needs grass to survive.

19. Chipmunks My animal eats nuts and berries. My animal lives in the woods. Did you know that the size of a chipmunk is similar to a tea cup? The zoo will need to feed an care for my animal. My animal needs food and shelter to survive.

20. Alligator Alligators live water and swamps. Alligators can eat people and fish. They need a space to dive and swim to keep them safe. The zoo will needto keep an alligator in an aquarium for shelter with water and fish.

21. Crocodile My animal eats fish. My animal lives in swamps. Did you know that the salt water crocodile killed 52 people in Italy. The zoo will need lots of food to take care of my animal . My animal needs loads of water to survive.

22. Gorilla My animal eats bugs and bananas. My animal lives in the forest. Did you know that gorilla’s grow to 64 feet. The zoo will need to get water to let it drink to take care of my animal. My animal needs trees full of bananas to survive.

23. Gray Wolves My animal eats moose, deer, rabbits. My animal lives in North America. Did you know that they come in different colors like white, black and gray. The zoo will need to make my animal strong and healthy. My animal needs food and water.

24. Koala My animal eats leaves from a tree. My animal lives in Australia. An interesting thing about my animal is they have a pouch to put their babies in. If my animal is in the Lehigh Valley zoo, they will need to keep it safe in a cage around the biggest tree in the zoo. To keep it safe in the zoo I will give it water and food and shelter.

25. Monkey My animal lives in a forest. My animal eats bananas and leaves. An interesting fact about my animal is that some do not have tails. If my animal was in the Lehigh valley zoo, they would need to make a part of the zoo to make it a forest. To keep my animal safe in the zoo they will need to give it water, food ,and shelter.

26. Owl My animal eats mice and smaller owls. It lives in hollow trees in forests. Did you know that the Great Horned owl is the most common owl in the U.S.A.The zoo will need trees, food and an open space to care for my animal. My animal needs water, food and other owls.

27. Rabbit My animal eats veggies. My animal lives in a hole with dirt. Did you know that a baby rabbit’s size is relative to a tea cup. The zoo will need to feed it water and food to care for my animal. My animal needs a home to survive.

28. Rattlesnake MY ANIMAL EATS LIZARDS,EGGS,AND SMALL MAMMALS. MY ANIMAL LIVES IN THE FOREST. DID YOU KNOW THAT MY ANIMAL CAN EAT A EGG IN ONE BITE. THE ZOO WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A HABITAIT FOR MY ANIMAL. MY ANIMAL NEEDS LOVE AND CARE TO SURVIVE.

30. Rattlesnake My animal eats lizards, eggs, small mammals. My animal lives in a rain forest. Did you know that it wiggles. The zoo will need to love it and care for it and feed it for it to survive.

31. Gorilla It lives in forests in Asia. My animal eats mostly bananas and leaves. It almost looks like a monkey. If it was a new part to the Lehigh zoo you have to give it a safe shelter. The zoo will need to provide food and water.

32. Horse My animal eats oats. My animal lives in farms. Did you know that horses have long legs to help them run? The zoo would need to feed the horse everyday. My animal needs food and water to survive.

33. Polar Bear My animal eats fish and seals. Polar bears live in the cold. Did you know my animals tail is 3 to 5 inches long? The zoo will need to feed my animal to care for it. My animal needs food to survive.
