The document reports on a research study conducted to assess employee satisfaction with a new hotel guest relationship management software system called HGRM. The study used statistical analysis methods like descriptive statistics, independent sample tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression on survey data from hotel employees. Key findings included that education level significantly impacts emotional satisfaction with the software but not technical aspects, satisfaction levels are linked to time spent at the company, and younger employees under 40 are more willing to use new technology. The overall conclusion is that while stress levels did not change after implementing HGRM, the study provides insights into how user attributes like gender, age, and education relate to satisfaction with different aspects of the software.
