speaker. Our guest of honor and speaker was born on JUNE 20, 1978.Son of Mrs.
EmeteriaCorpuz and our late city mayor Julian Resuello. Married to Mrs. Suzanne
De Dios Resuello
He studied his Elementary level at Saint Vincent School in Quezon City same through
with his Secondary level, in his tertiary level he took up Bachelor of Science in
Commerce Major in Management in VirgenMilagrosa University Foundation.
His Achievements as Public Servant are:
Elected as SK Chairman at Barangay Cacaritan, Elected as SK Federation President
San Carlos City Chapter and he also elected as SK Provincial Federation Auditor
Pangasinan Provincial Chapter year 1996 to 2002. Appointed as Youth Coordinator of
3rd District year 1996 to 2002. Awardee as Most Outstanding SK President in
Pangasinan year 1997. Chairman of City Sports Development Council year 1998.
Recipient of National Leadership Award by National Youth Commission year
2000.Awardee as National Civic Leader National Movement of Young Legislators
year 2002. Elected as Secretary General National Movement of Young Legislators
year 2002. Elected as Punong Barangay at Barangay Cacaritan year 2002 to 2004.
Elected as Liga President, Ligangmga Barangay San Carlos City Chapter year
2002 to 2004. Elected as Provincial President National Movement of Young
Legislators Pangasinan Chapter year 2005. Elected as City Vice Mayor in our City
year 2004 to 2007. Elected as National Executive Board Member Deputy PRO for
Luzon League of Cities of the Philippines year 2007 up to present. And, finally
electedas City Mayor in San Carlos year 2007 up to present.
