3. INTRODUCATION
Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal was the greatest sufi
scholar, philosopher, poet and revolutionary leader of
20th centaury in Subcontinent.
He was born on 9th November , 1877 and died on 21st
April, 1938.
He raised his society when the society were totally
ignorant.
The society were totally ill – literate and uncivilized .
4. Major Contributions Of Dr. Iqbal
Sir Muhammad Iqbal wrote two books in the English
language on the subjects of ;
“The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam”.
“The Development of Metaphysics in Persia”.
In these books he talked about Islamic Sufism and the
Persian philosophy.

dignity of the mankind was

Capitalist :
An economic and political system in which a country's trade
and industry are controlled by private owners for profit,
rather than by the state.
Communism:
A political theory that believes that the states
should control the methods of production there should be
no separate social classes and everyone should be treated
equally
Fascism: Dictatorship

Imperialism:
A system in which a country rules other countries,
sometimes having used force to get power over them.
Territorial Nationalism:
A form of nationalism based on the belief that all inhabitants
of a particular territory should share a common national
identity.
Democracy:
A political system that allows the citizens to participate in
political System and decision‐making, or to elect
representatives to government bodies.

He rejected so called political concept of democracy,
rooted into Imperialism.
Also he rejected so called democratical process .

1799: Revolution of France:
Students played vital role that time.
1917: Revolution of Russia:
Students played decisive role in that revolution.
1949:Revolution of China
1979: Revolution of Iran
1989: Revolution of Afghanistan
1947: Independence of Pakistan
Students played critical role in the struggle of Pakistan.
According to Mr. Jinnah (Ali Ghar University) is Head
quarter of true power of our struggle.

Western philosophers:- Friedrich, Nietzsche, Henry Bergson and Goethe.
Their idea of separating religion from society.

Islamic Culture
According to Iqbal, Islam doesn’t only a religion but it is
totality of thought, it is a civilization,
which is based on the knowledge,
based on the education,
based on the literacy,
based on awareness,
based on the promotion of the human being in celestial
world and the based on the beautiful human values and
morality.
He believed culture and civilization should be based on
common spiritual essences.
14. Sociological thought
His Sociological thought based on:
Idea of the active and fight against the social issues
Social justice: Equality in resources
Social order: He believed social order is based on Islamic
concept.
“TAWHID/UNITY OF GOD”
Elements of Tawhid :
Human equality
Human Freedom
Human Solidarity
He derived this concept of “Tawhid” from Sufism
( Humanism)
15. CONCEPT OF “KHUDI”
What is Khudi?
Self reliance(Khudi) is to rely or depend on your own
powers and resources rather than others.
It is combination of 3 elements:
1)Irfaan e Zaat ( To know one self)
2) Kainaat ki hakikat ka idrak ( knowing the reality
of the universe)
3) Khuda ko pehchana (knowing Allah)

17. “Khudi” Concept By Allama Iqbal
The concept of the “khudi” is much more than self -
“reliance” or “ego”.
He derived “khudi” concept from “The holy Quran”.
According to Allama Muhammad Iqbal “Khudi” is
divine element inside the human body.
It is spirituality inside the human, gifted by
macrocosm. So the duty of true Muslims to
understand that power.

It is supernatural force (Roohani Power , Infinite
forces) inside the human body Specially inside the
(Muslim)
It is reality of man.
It is anatomy of spiritual man.
It is secrete of life, Where you come from?
He said know your self your are the secret of “Kun- fa-
yaqoon”.

20. CONCEPT OF MARD-e-MUMIN
The shaheen of Allama Iqbal(R.A) must have self
reliance and promote selfhood and courage in the
teaching of our beloveds and convey a true massage to
Muslim Ummah.
The Perfect Man is highly developed ego the Naib
(vicegerent) of God on earth is the complete ego, the
goal of humanity,
In simply, the Perfect Man is Faqir (Sufi)
