  2. 2. Tofu Noodles Add tofu with noodles and finely chopped vegetables. Add some spice on it and serve in Chinese style. A perfect dish for all vegans.
  3. 3. Tofu Steaks with Shiitakes Marinade tofu. Add tofu to pan and cook 3 minutes on each side. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add bell pepper, carrot, and salt. sauté 3 minutes. Add garlic, shiitakes and soy sauce. Serve hot.
  4. 4. Ma Po Tofu Make the sauce with broth, bean paste, soy sauce, and kosher salt - Slide tofu into a saucepan of simmering water for sometimes - Fry pork with flavors you like - Fry the tofu with garlic and ginger - Add sauce, tofu and pork and finish stir-fry.
  5. 5. Crispy Fried Tofu Cut the tofu into pieces- Marinate Tofu Cubes with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar - Coat with cornstarch & salt - Warm the oil - Pan-fry the tofu until golden
  6. 6. Tofu with Egg Pudding Blend egg with tarragon, hot sauce, salt and pepper - Fry sliced tofu over medium-low heat - Add egg mixture and stir until the egg is set but creamy.
  7. 7. Tofu Burger Mix the tofu with panko bread crumbs into the patty mixture - Refrigerate the mixture for minimum 20 minutes - Give the mixture a patty shape and deep fry on oil - Assemble the patties onto each bun with mayonnaise, arugula, sliced tomato and cheese. Serve the tasty Tofu Burger.
  8. 8. Tofu Curry with Rice Fry shallots, ginger, and garlic on heated oil - Add peanut butter, turmeric, cumin, and chili paste - Add tofu, carrots, bell pepper and salt; simmer over medium heat - Cook until carrots gets tender - Garnish and serve with rice.
