Emotions
Learn how to control your emotions and do
not let them control you.
For example, if you know that your anger
emotion tends to control you, learn how to
control your anger because that emotion is
not helping you. It is the same with your
fear.
Learn how to control your fear by learning
where it comes from and what the fear
emotion actually means in your life.
When you have a better understanding of
what your emotion of fear is, you can start
to control it so it won’t influence you in
negative ways or stop you from taking
appropriate and necessary actions.
