2. Don’t Make Excuses
Don’t make excuses that you don’t have the time or
that you need to wait for the perfect time to start
achieving your goals.
There will always be reasons or excuses for you to
not start.
Your mind can do a very good job of coming up with
reasons and excuses not to do something.
However, they are just excuses. It’s important to
become aware of them and to move past them.
3. Take Action to Conquer Fear
Realize that no matter what you want to accomplish,
the fear of failing will always be there—but that
doesn’t mean failure will actually happen.
If you want to decrease your fear, you have to take
action.
Action conquers fear.
The more action you take, the less fear you will
have.
