thousands of dollars to get an academic education, but
we never think twice about getting a personal
development education.
We are so focus on trying to get a good education to
maybe land a good job that we forgot to learn how to
live well.
When it comes to living a successful live, academic
education is only part of it.

The scary thing is that many people are not landing the
job that fit their education after they graduated.
According to studies, today, more than 80% of
graduated students are not able to get a job that fit their
education.
Even worse, they are getting an education that does not
fit their interest and passion.

graduating is so low, then why are people still pursuing
an academic education?

With this false belief, it has prevent us to use our

No doubt that getting an education is good or even great
actually, but getting the right education is what matters.
Your education has to fit your interest and passion, and
improve your live.
However, when you get an education that does not fit
your interest and passion, and you are not applying it
into real life situations, then the education becomes
useless.
And then, you have wasted a lot of time and money into
something that does not improve your life.

The only way for you to pick the right education is
through personal development.
There are twofold on why personal development is
important; first, it helps you understand who you are as
a person to help you pick the right education.
Personal development education will help you learn and
understand what your interest, strength, talent, and
passion are to help you pick the right education in order
to build a successful career and life for yourself.

It is a learning process
Another false belief that we develop for ourselves is that we
are supposed to know who we are, such as our interest,
strength, and talent without learning, and the knowledge
will come automatically or naturally to us.
However, you have to understand that as human beings, we
born out not knowing who we are and with no knowledge of
anything.
It is only after we learn, then we can know and then try to
apply them successfully in our life.
If not, you will end up making the wrong education choice.

Education and Application
Second, personal development will help you create and live a
successful life.
Personal development education will help you apply your knowledge
successfully into your life.
Even though many of us might get the same education, each of us
will apply the knowledge differently because each of us lives different
life.
However, if you do not know who you are, then you will not how to
apply the knowledge correctly to bring you happiness.
Instead, you will start to copy others.
The moment you copy others on how to apply your knowledge into
your life, this is the moment that you start to fail.
