2. 1. INTRODUCTION.
BACK GROUND.
Good governance means making best possible
policy decisions and implementing in the most
effective manner. The main objective of any
organization is growth and this can be achieved- not
through machines or materials- but through men,
human resource. The organization grows at a faster
speed when it's employees are energetic,not
vulnerable to corruption,properly trained and
inspired.
To achieve the above role the VACB has desined
a training programme for public servants as part of
preventive vigilance.The training will be
1. At the time of entry into service.
2. At appropriate intervals in the course of their careers.
3. Such training will be made available for all civil servants
from the lowest level functionaries to the highest levels.
2. OBJECTIVE.-
Achieving preventive vigilance and create a new
generation of public servants with anti corruption
attitude by providing training to the newly recruited
employees of the state government.
