kerala Revenue Recovery-One time settlement-Collection Charge only ON PERCENT....Normally the requisitioning department has no authority to collect the arrears after sending RR requisition...But they can collect the arrears if one time settlement is sanctioned.....But they have to give collection charge one percent to Revenue department.
