 A choice for First Dish is Borsch. It is famous
all over the world. It is difficult to imagine that
there is a person on the planet who has never
eaten borsch! It is famous, popular and
delicious.

6. Galushky
 Along with varenyky, galushky is a very
popular Ukrainian dish. It is a dumpling made
of dough then boiled in water, milk or broth.
They are cooked mostly with flour, adding
semolina, cottage cheese or grated apples.
