Mano a Mano Mission works to improve health and increase economic well-being in poor Bolivian communities through partnerships. It has established 112 medical centers that have assisted in over 12,000 births with low infant mortality. Mano a Mano also focuses on rural economic development through projects providing clean water, sanitation, education infrastructure, and transport of agricultural goods to markets to increase incomes. The organization relies on community participation and contributions as well as support from donors and volunteers.
