Descriptions : RCI is a retail project where application has to load all the transactions from different countries into data
Warehousing environment and generate the reports for the transactions.ETL processing is done through,
Informatica, junk data is loaded to staging layer and then business rules are applied.
Business rules are applied in business layer.
Delta logic and SCD type 2 is implemented on tanles to track the transactions.
out of Teradata to other platforms primarily Oracle here again Informatica is used for extraction purpose.
Deliverables : Involved in developing interfaces to induct new tables and enhancement of existing interfaces to
accommodate changes such as new column additions, data type changes and other functional changes as
per the business requirements set by various application teams. Some of the tasks performed include
setting up the entire interface flow from source to Teradata target tables, developing Informatica
mappings and workflows, Unix scripting, developing Teradata utility scripts developing & enhancing
interfaces in lower environments, impact analysis for the enhancements and carrying out production

3. Description : The project will be performed as an Agile/scrum project for developing the reports. In parallel

and non-SAP sources to Teradata EDW for report RBC x-Sector Report Harmonization initiative. The
initiative will rationalize and standardize existing cross-sector definitions on key KPIs (Key Performance
Indicator). Scope of work is to deliver a brand new end -to-end BI solution based on Informati ca,
Teradata, MS SSAS and Excel for three sets of Reporting suites in the functional areas of CC (Cost Centre)
and AR(Account Receivable). This project is aimed at demonstrating the value of agile methodology in
delivering fast results in a joint manner with
