This document is an order form for Rafiki chains from Lakewood School. It details that each Rafiki chain theme provides support for one month of a basic need like education, health, water, income, food, or general support for children's access to education. Ordering is due by November 28th at 3:30pm with no late orders accepted. The Rafiki chains are a fundraiser where each theme supports a different cause when purchased.

never have to miss a day
of school.

chain provides one
month of clean water to a
family to help them stay
healthy and avoid
waterborne illnesses.

5. INCOME

tools to women to help
them increase their
savings so that they are
better able to start their
own business/source of
income.

6. FOOD

provides one month of
healthy school lunches to a
child . This help them stay
energized and focused on
learning.

supports for all children to
access education and
open doors to their future.
