with undiagnosed/rare muscular disorders. Responsibilities include assisting with patient visits, exome
sequence acquisition, analysis, and interpretation, laboratory validation of suspected disease variants, and
clinical office administration.
Pediatric Genetics Shadowing
• Observing patient care under the guidance of Drs. Zori and Driscoll, genetic counselors and senior medical
residents. Most of my time has been spent in craniofacial clinics/general pediatric genetics counseling,

Camp Boggy Creek
• Cabin Counselor~280 hours. August 14-20th 2009, August 15-20th 2010 (Asthma, Kidney, IBD, Blended Week).
Camp Boggy Creek is a free summer camp for children with serious medical conditions, with each week of camp
hosting children with a different illness. As a cabin counselor, my responsibilities included 24 hour supervision of
young campers with a variety of medical conditions (ages 10-12), taking them to and engaging them in various
activities, accompanying them on visits to the on-site hospital (including during dialysis, etc.) and generally ensuring
that the campers have as much fun as possible during their stay.
