development and implementation.
 Prepare submission for advertising, drafting of an adverts and submit to communication for

 Preparing Security screening and submit it to security.
 Package appointment submission for the recommended candidate.
 Appointment of new recruited employees on PERSAL, Promotions, Transfer, Relocation and
Movement reports & monthly reports).
 Sending out regret letters to unsuccessful candidate after the recommended candidate accepted an
offer.
 Issue employment offer letter to the most suitable candidate
Leave & ( Pilir).
 Receiving, check leave forms and capture them on persal.
 Assist officials to complete forms for temporary incapacity.
 Receive and check the submitted temporary incapacity leave.
 Prepare conditional letter and send them for signature by the delegated authority.
 Send the approved conditional letter immediately to the concerned official.
 Submit the incapacity leave to the service provider once is completed within five days of the
approval.
 Draft the letter to notify the employee of the outcome.
 Capture the approved on the system.
Assisting Condition of Services.
 Processing of all Types of Terminations e.g retirement , Resignation and Dealth, etc
 Implementing of overtime, housing and acting allowances.
 Assist with the completing of pension forms and send them to Government Employee Pension
Fund (GEPF) processing of leave discounting.
 Processing of Long service recognition according to DPSA as amended and recognition of
qualification.
 Administer and process the financial disclosure (remunerative and non remunerative
