With Marketing and HR being on top of the list.

Read the fine print… SLAs are important and negotiable.Data security concerns (also cited as an advantage)Unable to keep control over data and upgrade process (see lack of knowledge)2- This study was mainly US based. Another concern in Canada and many parts of the world: Data Privacy PIPEDA needs personal and identifiable data to remain in the country. 3- Why does this matter? Many SaaS providers are based in the US and abroad. Risk is for your HR data to be in the hands of the US authorities.Many software providers have options where you can run the application as SaaS in a public cloud, or hosted in a private cloud, or run on premise. You can make the choice.

Also, as in other studies, Costs and Data Security, were listed both as an Advantage, as well as a Deterrent, highlighting potential variances by solution or provider.
