**Gather your students**
We will begin with a class of 16
students

**Topic is selected by instructor**
Our topic will be diseases of the
urinary system

** Divide students into equal
groups**
We will have 4 groups with 4
students in each group

**Each group is given a specific topic
to research**
My groups will research Cystitis,
Renal Failure, Pyelonephritis, and
Uremia

**Each group will have a way to
present gathered information**
My groups will insert findings in a
prepared diagram containing the
required information

**Once research is complete, 1
person from each group will move
to another group so that groups
now contain 1 member from each of
the original groups**

**Each student takes a turn teaching
what they have learned to their
group of peers**
My students teach their disease

student has both taught a lesson to
his peers and learned a lesson from
his peers**
