I was thinking about what other pictures I might have that would help tell the story. Here's a picture that was taken of me when I had a black eye. There aren't many pictures of me as a child. so, when the people doing a brochure for my company years back asked me for a photo, I gave them this one, and they "photoshopped" out the black eye. I never got the original back. This is all I have. On the day this picture was going to be taken, the people who raised me washed my hair and I washed the only dress that fit me because they knew this picture was going to be taken. They said I slipped and fell, hitting my eye on the corner of a table. The story was believed. As an aside, this picture was not taken in our neighborhood. There were no nicely manicured lawns and sidewalks in the "Hells Angels" neighborhood I grew up in.
