Yoga asana 1 : Cresent Lunge, Anjaneyasana
Stand with your feet together and toes pointing forward.
Extend your arms at the sides and stand still. Take a deep
breath and slowly move your hands overhead, pointing
your fingertips toward the ceiling. Inhale, and as you
exhale, step your right leg backward into a lunge. Take
another deep breath in and extend your hands over head
with a slight body stretch. Hold this stretch for a minimum
of six breaths and repeat the same with a change of leg.

hips and thighs.
3. Yoga asana 2 : Tree Pose, Vriksha-asana
Stand erect with your feet together and arms at sides.
Gradually place the sole of your left foot on the right thigh
(knee bent to the side). Join your hands on your chest and
hold the one leg position for a minimum of four breaths. On
the fifth breath, extend arms upwards. Repeat the same
routine for three to five times, pressing your foot into the
thigh and remember to switch sides.
Benefit : This posture works mainly to tighten the muscles
of your abs and torso.
4. Yoga asana 3 : Chair Pose, Utkatasana
Place your feet together and arms at sides. Take a deep
breath and slowly raise your hands over your head. Keep
your palms facing each other throughout the transition.
While exhaling start to sit back about 45 degrees. Make
sure to keep your knees bent and try to hold this half-sitting
position for about 3 breaths. Repeat the same as many
times as possible according to your bodyโs tolerance level.
Benefit : The yoga posture is excellent to firm your butt and
thigh muscles.
